Terms of Service

You must create an account to use the Service. By registering, you agree to:

• →Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• →Keep your password and API keys confidential.
• →Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• →Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✕Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
• ✕Create or distribute malware, spam, or any form of automated abuse.
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or rate-limiting mechanisms.
• ✕Resell or redistribute LLMAI API access without explicit written authorisation.
• ✕Violate the acceptable use policies of any upstream AI provider accessed through the Service.
• ✕Exceed API rate limits or intentionally degrade service quality for other users.
• ✕Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund of any remaining balance.

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You add funds to your balance, and usage is deducted in real time based on published per-token rates for each model.

• ·All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• ·Token rates and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice posted on llmai.dev/pricing.
• ·Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's terms.
• ·Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• ·We do not issue refunds for prepaid balance except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• ·If your balance reaches zero, API calls will be rejected until you add more credits.

API keys are credentials that authorize requests to api.llmai.dev. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.

• →Do not embed API keys in publicly accessible code repositories or client-side applications.
• →Rotate keys immediately if you suspect they have been compromised.
• →You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred under your API keys, regardless of who made the requests.
• →LLMAI will never ask you for your API key via email or chat.

You retain ownership of the prompts and other content you submit through the Service. LLMAI does not claim any rights over your input or the model outputs returned to you.

The LLMAI name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of LLMAI and may not be used, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

We aim to provide a highly reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• ·Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible).
• ·Upstream provider outages beyond our control.
• ·Unforeseen infrastructure incidents.

Service status is published at llmai.dev/status. We do not provide formal SLA credits at this time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ·LLMAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• ·We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• ·Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LLMAI in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• ·We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of outputs generated by upstream AI models.

You may delete your account at any time via the console settings. Upon deletion, any remaining prepaid balance will be forfeited.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk to LLMAI or other users.
